Crystal Bay Solutions has developed a series of online software applications that are designed to significantly improve the productivity and organizational effectiveness of teams of workers who manage the increasingly large number of projects and tasks in today’s organizations.

Our applications are designed to replace many spreadsheet applications that workgroups have developed to manage increasingly complex management functions. Spreadsheets never were intended for such functions but managers use them because the alternative of having software programmers create custom applications simply isn’t cost effective or time efficient.

All of the solutions are delivered over the QuickBase® online platform, which is owned, operated and maintained by Intuit®.


What do you pay?

You pay a monthly user-based fee for using the QuickBase platform. We license our applications for a single up-front fee and no annual maintenance. We are able to provide solutions without ongoing annual maintenance fees because our customers can maintain their applications without outside assistance.

For those who want to have the security of knowing that there are developers with more experience in application support, we offer introductions to various approved QuickBase developers who are able to provide more complex support if and as required.
