Management
Crystal Bay Solutions is headed by Cullen Coates. Over the past twenty-five years Cullen has held
senior positions in both large and small companies. He has worked
extensively both in management and consulting with domestic companies
and with overseas companies migrating to the US.
His extensive experience with companies of all types - especially focused on software and service companies - gives him the ability to assist you with both design and development of software solutions that do just what you need, exactly what you need and no more than what you need.
Cullen has
extensive experience with the challenges of building companies. He has
worked with more than twenty companies in as many industry sectors as
well as various non-profit organizations. His
breadth of substantive, hands-on operating experience uniquely
qualifies him to provide careful, strategic advice and implementation
guidance to all levels of management.
He
has worked with startups and Fortune 100 companies – helping them
manage through growth and restructuring as well as driving strategic
execution management and management systems development down through the enterprise.
Cullen
displays an intuitive understanding of the challenges of
widely varying types of companies – formulating and implementing
successful solutions to the challenges facing the CEO and management
team.
